European championships is Sunday April 6th through Tuesday April 8th
Victor will be wrestling for Serbia at 70 kg.

70 kg / Victor will be Monday early AM
Monday April 7th
0300 AM Iowa time: Qualification rounds and repechage
0700 AM Iowa time: Finals

Went down 0-6 off his own shot (sweep single to right leg), crotch lift, lace, lace.

Victor lost to former world champion David Baev (Russia) in quarters
Assuming Baev wns his semi, Victor will get Musukaev in repachage tomorrow

Victor lost to Musukaev 4-2.
Gave up exposure on his own shot (sweep single to right leg) but finished the shot for 1 point. Down 2-1. Couldnt get the lace.
Late in 1st Musukaev hit a crafty counter off Victors shot. Down 4-1
Got shot clock point in 2nd.
Victor was the aggressor the whole match. I think it was ~12:2 attacks. Was very close to a finish off a club single in the 2nd, but Musukaev is a world champion for a reason.

Really looked good all tourney. Just made one mistake vs Baev, who made him pay. Lost to two world champions and looked very even vs Musukaev.
Knee looks fully healed. Looked full size for 70 kg.
If he wrestles like this.. he is Iowa's 157 and should AA.

You can’t say this because people have been arguing with me as to why Estrada owns the spot. I had to remind them that Kael beat Miquel and Victor is better than both. The ONLY reason Victor didn’t start last year is because he was injured and then didn’t want to burn his shirt. Unless we portal or Caliendo goes down — Victor will be the starter

It's not like it will cost $1 million, or whatever it costs for Ono's full ride and 2 years of NIL. I also doubt our 70kg boys are worried about him outplacing us for a medal. Ono will challenge Lee for the next few years. It hurts even more considering Lee if from the great state of PA.

Are you sure it's not being paid by the Serbian Wrestling Team or some other sponsor, like TM?
