... but is it just me, or are the non-political threads much worse than the political threads? The "Dear Abby" sort of threads immediately devolve into wickedly-personal attacks on the OP, where the political threads result in wickedly-attacking the candidate that's being discussed.

Everybody says they want more non-political threads... the question is... why the hell would anybody start one and immediately become the target of abuse?

@swagsurfer02 likes to get abused. And the man code guy...I mean, that is how HROT works. A guy posts a serious question and once another poster starts, others just jump in. There are too many political threads IMO but it has been this way for some time.
