Yes, but environmental factors come into play. Many sets of identical twins have played professional soccer where one had slightly more talent. Frank de Boer was better than Ronald. Julio Cesar Valdes was considered better than Jorge Dely Valdes. I coached one set of twins and one is now being offered college scholarships and the other hasn’t been.
