So I'm in a dynasty league. It is a half point ppr we have 20 roster spots. You have 5 draft picks for the rookie/free agent draft. You can keep all 20 guys but forfeit your 5 picks if you do so. For every guy you keep after 15 you lose you highest pick. So I just won the league and trade is this

Giving away GRONK,DT, HURNS my 3rd rounder this year which is my highest pick, 4th,5th in next years draft so like the following draft not this class coming up. We can only trade one year in advance until seasons over then you can do the next year. Hope that makes sense.

Getting - Eifert, K. Allen, Jarvis Laudry , 5th this year, his 1st,3rd the following year.

My RB situation is
AP
J stewart
Charcandrick West
Deangelo Williams
Crowell
CJ Anderson
Jeremy Hill

So my thought process is the trade is about equal on player aspect but I increase my chances at getting couple good players in the following draft.

Any questions on this let me know but thoughts on the trade do it don't do it. He's agreed to the trade in talking just I have to pull the trigger.

Hmmm I will say that I've heard that the 2017 draft is going to be pretty good at RB.

I'm sort of curious why you are trading picks when the player trade alone look pretty equal.

What if he keeps more than 15 players next year? Do you lose a 1st round pick?

No he would lose his highest pick which would be his second rounder since he would still have 5 picks. Also trading picks because I upgrade then at drafting next year.

Hurns is in good situation agree just feel I can win now without gronk my other WRs are dez Hopkins Dorial green beckham

Interesting. We only get to keep two and I am planning on keeping AP then trading his sorry ass for a player and a pick I'm hoping. I have Bell as my other RB.

I think you should be able to get more for Gronk. Although I like CJ Anderson to bounce back I think your RBs look rough for a league with so many bench spots. You should stop carrying so many WRs and focus more on holding lottery tickets like whoever has Rawls/David Johnson.

Well I missed badly on sankey thought he was gonna be a nice young RB traded for him but didn't pan out. All good input if CJ and hill return to their rookie years I'm more than fine.

I don't think I would do it. You're hoping to get his first rounder but he will control which pick you get and it could end up a 3rd rounder. Also with the player trade: Gronk > Eiffert and DT and Hurns = Allen and Landry as your 3rd and 4th receivers. If anything, I would try to get a better starter at RB if you are going to trade for anything.

He wouldn't control the first round pick anymore it would be a first round pick in whatever spot he was going to be but to me. So after trade I'd have 1st 1st 2nd 3rd 3rd n a 5 round draft he would have 2,4,4,5,5 so if he wanted to keep 16 guys he would lose his highest pick which would be his second rounder. That first rounder is just his spot but my pick now.
