The Dad's in glass bottles with real sugar is good stuff, so is Goose Island
You obviously don't know Tribe. To be honest, I'm a little underwhelmed that he's only ranked 32 brands. You get paid for that? Impressive.
This is what I was going to suggest. One of the best I've tastedHit up Mill Stream if you ever make it near the Amanas.
I feel like if this was still HROT he would have given us 50, but now that it is GIAOT he's kind of mailing it in with 32.You obviously don't know Tribe. To be honest, I'm a little underwhelmed that he's only ranked 32 brands.
$10k a DAY? You bill your time out at over $1k per hour? If so, in what area of law and the country, and I will move and begin training immediately.
I love root beer, but Dr. Pepper is absolutely disgusting. I never order soda at a restaurant anymore, but when I was a kid if I asked for a root beer and the waitress said some variation of "sorry, we don't have that. Do you want a Dr. Pepper?", I immediately wanted to ask how they lost their sense of taste.Root beer is slightly above Dr. Pepper in crap sodas
You are either one hell of a trial lawyer, have the market cornered in a niche lucrative specialty, or have some combination thereof…No if I actually bill it‘s $450 an hour as I have zero overhead and only work as an independent co-counsel with a firm meaning I keep 100% of what I bill. But I typically work on contingency where I get a percentage of the payout so it usually is far more than that. I only take larger employment, contract and corporate issue cases as I’m currently working with a firm where they let me 100% choose the Florida cases I want from their caseload and the rest are farmed out or turned away. So I cherry-pick only the really easy to resolve cases where the payout is low but so are my hours or the really juicy ones with high payouts. I only take cases where the payout is less than $50k for me if I think it’s going to settle really early.
This. The A&W in the frosted mug was heavenly.Growing up I loved going to A&W and getting the Root Beer in a frosted mug.

at least you like Barq's better than Dad's. But it's the king of cheap commercial root-beer.Sticking only with “root beers” I’ve had and excluding those I haven’t tried or are wholly called sasparilla’s or birch beers, my favorites in order are:
1) Dang! Butterscotch Root Beer
2) Abita
3) Bulldog
4) McGuire’s Irish Pub
5) Paige’s Burgers
6) Chowning Tavern
7) Freddie’s
8) O-So Good Butterscotch Root Beer
9) Sioux City
10) IBC
11) Monticello
12) A&W
13) Boylan’s
14) Red Arrow
15) Appalachian
16) Hank’s
17) Stewart’s
18) Sprecher’s
19) Frostie’s
20) Zia’s
21) Virgil’s
22) Braums
23) Route 66
24) Saranac
25) Weber’s
26) Kutztown
27) Sparky’s
28) Henry Weinhard’s
29) Fitz’s
30) Bundaberg
31) Mug
32) Dublin Texas
33) Barq’s
34) Dad’s
35) Maine Root
Note: I like Hires second best of the mass produced stuff after A&W but I read while trying to find some names of other root beers I’ve had that it was officially discontinued in 2022. Hopefully they bring it back at some point.
Despite the length, I’m sure there’s some I’ve tried and long since forgotten about. There’s one in the Tarpon Springs/Dunedin/Clearwater area that was quite good but I can’t seem to find out its name online. I’d have it top ten.
Also, I think the Top 26 on my list are worth seeking out. Only those I numbered 27-35 would I say to skip.
Yep. Our whole family would load up into the station wagon and go. We were given the option of root beer or a small vanilla cone.Growing up I loved going to A&W and getting the Root Beer in a frosted mug.
🤮🤮🤮Not Your Father’s Root Beer.
Can't figure out why some of the kids like it.
It will NEVER be in our house
I will always remember my dad took me to A&W on coney dog Tuesday and I said I wanted a hamburger. He said no. This is the only day you can get coney dogs for 59 cents. I had no say in the matter so I got a coney dog. Even though I didn't like themYep. Our whole family would load up into the station wagon and go. My absolute toughest choice of early childhood!

We always made a stop at that one on our way up to Okoboji when I was a kid/csbMy in laws owned the A&W in Algona until it closed after McDonalds came into town, so an A&W family we are. I like Frosties IBC and Millstream as well.
