I was going to post this. The reason why is because I was there with my dad. It was an awesome moment in awesome game in awesome season. First team wire to wire number 1.

Congrats again…I just hope to make the Dome someday!

We were in that position. TC had never won a single playoff game in its history, let alone making it to the dome. My first born started at TC in 2004. My last born will be a senior next year. I’ve watched numerous TC football teams that I thought had playoff potential, but we were usually the 3/4 seed in the opening round. Travel 2 hours just to get smoked. We have an outside shot to repeat, but we move up a class. There are some tough teams in class 1A this fall.

2021 vs Penn St.

Not the most important Iowa win I’ve been in attendance for, but I had my dad sitting to my right and my son to my left. It ended up being my dads last season at Kinnick after 70 years of going to Iowa games and my son was just starting to become really passionate about football. Now dad only makes it to high school games to watch that grandson tote the rock.

Kinnick was as loud as I’ve ever heard it that day. I like to think those of us in the N endzone helped get the win.

We absolutely did. Our seats are on the west goal line. And yes, I have this shirt.

I’ve been to many a big game in Kinnick, 85 Mich, 02 season, PST 2008 and more… 2021 Penn St was the loudest game in Kinnick history.
