Here's the deal:
Every employer should hire the most-qualified applicant for the job, regardless of race, color, sex, age, disability, national origin, ethnicity, etc., etc., etc.
But "DEI" programs attempt to correct past "wrongs" and therefore call to hire and promote people according to a completely different agenda.
That's bullshit, and thankfully it will end.
I will say this: As someone with 35 YEARS of experience in HR, I know that I would NEVER be hired as a "Chief Diversity Officer" because I'm a white, male, heterosexual person and therefore I'm not qualified for that.
Again, total bullshit.
