Also just want to say, that all random vids of weird things occurring in public are 100 times better around Halloween because everyone is dressed up. One of my favorite things from back in college was driving around downtown IC the morning after a big Halloween night and seeing all the walk of shames happening while they’re still partially in costume/csb

Don’t know the proper legal charge, but security guard should spend a couple weeks in the slammer and be ordered to attend anger management classes. Maybe some restitution to the victim for pain and suffering.

Could prob be argued it is a felony assault & battery if the victim was seriously injured by it.

Its def. assault & battery. Just not completely sure if it's felony or misdemeanor.

A bit of research shows that what can elevate it to felony assault is if they use a weapon, cause severe bodily harm, against a protected class (police, emt, teacher, judicial/correctional officer, etc.) or if it is against a "vulnerable" victim (such as family member, elderly, disabled person). .. or if he has priors, is a hate crime, or assaulting someone while committing another crime, which are all unknowns.

Only one of those in this video is possible "severe bodily harm" which is completely possible because it can cover anything as simple as bruising and sprains.
