The Texas A&M coach gets $10M!
This is what I don't get. Record should be a justifiable cause to fire a coach. Poor performance is certainly a reason to let most any other employee go without paying them for several unworked years.
 
As far as I'm concerned all these coaches are overpaid.

The Harbaugh salary seems absolutely laughable right now.

Yep The only team in the Big Ten getting less value compared to what their paying thanMichigan is Illinois.

Lovie It’s flat out fleecing Illinois. $3 million a year for an absolutely horrible coach!
