Watching the Final Four teams shows how quick, physical, and athletic the elite teams are. Iowa's past teams could not match up in any of these areas. The middle of the pack has little chance of playing with these team unless they have a light's out game from 3. That's the only equalizer available to most teams, but their defensive intensity and quickness makes that unlikely too.

I hear that completely. I keep thinking about Butler making it to the F4 back to back years under Brad Stevens. They were just so sound on all facets. Didn't have a bunch of NBA players (okay, one pretty good one), but made it really tough to score.

Lots of guys playing from small schools in this game that moved up to power 4. I see golden as similar to Bm, just with a bigger payroll.

I see a lot of jumping with the ball in players hands without them having much of a plan, and a decent amount of bad shots.
