First admin to try to make a species extinct!

There are people in Louisiana who produce catfish and tilapia in abundance without receiving federal money. In fact, they actually SEND money to the feds every quarter. Maybe the Californians should come over here and learn something.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess when some actual accounting gets done california is RED. You know that bullshit about illegal immigrants paying 82 million in taxes the left has ran with? Yeah, that's bullshit, it's 16 million. They also get 66 million in subsidy. That's-50 million from the group you dickheads had as a +82 on the books fwiw.

Then you made no point at all. Most people think using our money to try and prevent extinction is a good thing.

Why is that the FEDERAL government's responsibility?

There's plenty of money sloshing around for this sort of thing, and this particular extinction is a very specific California problem.

The FEDERAL government should not be involved at all.

California can handle this just fine. Unless you think states are some sort of incompetent, by-gone notion and only a centralized government can save the poor delta smelt?

Should the Federal government stay out of the hunting of bald eagles?

Tenth Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

So the answer to your question is.... yes?

If California were a country, it would have the world's sixth largest economy.
