First attempt with a stroker

So I know there have been topics on strokers in the past but whatever I am starting a new one. Plan on trying mine out for the first time this weekend. Just starting choking my chicken with a stroker because they were on sale so if I mess it up I dont care.
So my question is what type of lube does everyone use/recommend? I see water,silicone,spit etc. What do you generally use when stroking?

OPs mom uses spit but its not always best. Really comes down to personal preference. How quickly do you want to risk rubbing raw?
