On the first play yesterday, CJ threw a screen to Vandeberg. It was clearly designed to bring him closer to Tevaun so it would make his block on the cb easier. Tevaun whiffed on the block and Vandeberg got blown up. My question is whether that was a called play or an audible. Smith looked frustrated that he didn't know the play. Vandeberg looked justifiably angry at Smith. I have seen us not make that block several times this year. Does anyone know if this is lack of communication or just lack of execution?
