Watching some of these other bowl games, I’m amazed at how good some teams are at punching out footballs and forcing fumbles. Honest question: is this not something we teach our players? I know we focus on really being fundamentally sound with our tackling, so maybe this is something we don’t practice, as it might lead to some missed tackles at times. Anyone with any inside knowledge on this?
