Related, CNN and MSNBC are working really hard to be sure everyone believes only dumb gun-totin' white racist people support Trump. This is partially why I think Iowa is going to get hammered really hard in the media if Trump wins there. I'm not a Trump fan, but I also don't believe he and his supporters are the despicable human beings the media would have you believe they are.
Well, they certainly can't be very intelligent.

Do they know his father came here from Cuba. So using their own logic (Obama's father was a Kenyan so Barrack was a Muslim), will they report the fact that since Rubio's father was a Cuban, Rubio is a communist?Guess they've picked their establishment guy
Yo must not be a FNC watcher. They have not picked a favoriteGuess they've picked their establishment guy
I watched all the networks last night off and on, and something hit me. Rubio is very likely to be the nominee, and here's why. Cruz was born in Canada, which is a big hit on his general election bid, as it's debatable whether he should even be eligible, and any leftover birther's from Obama should be anti-Cruz. A number of Cruz people will realize this and move to Rubio, because he's more like Cruz than Trump.
On the Democratic side, I still think it will be Hillary. I don't believe very many independents (like me) would vote for Bernie. All you had to do was listen to his speech last night, and he's talking about some very scary government handouts that are just flat out irresponsible. While many are sideways, one that stood out was about how the top 20% of earners make more than the bottom 50%, and that was a bad thing (that's not a bad thing). True swing votes won't go to him in a general.
I hope you're right, it was the last thing he listed after the stats about the top 1% and inequality. He made some good points as well regarding billionaires buying elections, etc. but I just can't get behind his "free everything for everyone" ideals. He commented that young adults commented about being in debt $80-90k after graduating college. That's bad if they can't find work, but the answer isn't to have the taxpayers foot the bill either. Reality is, people have been complaining about paying off college forever, and the answer to the question is more complex than 'well let's just pay for their college' because that still doesn't mean they'll have jobs when they graduate.I don't believe he said the top 20% of earners make more than the bottom 50%. That's kind of self-evident and, you're right, wouldn't be a bad thing.
He has said that 99% of all income is currently going to the top 1%. He has said the top 1% own 30% of the nation's wealth, and that the top 10% owner 75% of the nation's wealth. And he has said this is, by far, the largest wealth and income disparity since just before the depression.

Sure have. But third place is still losing no matter how you spin it. If Rubes doesn't win either New Hampshire or South Carolina, he's in trouble. Fox can try propping him up as much as possible, but at the end of the day, he'll still need to win actual states and not just get moral victories.Guess they've picked their establishment guy
I disagree. Rubes isn't projected to win any upcoming states. In fact, he's predicted to get third in all of them. But even if he gets second, he's still lost. I could be wrong, but I don't think any Republicans has dropped the first three states and gone onto win the nomination.I watched all the networks last night off and on, and something hit me. He said wealth, not income, which is scarier because that portends taking things away from people not just diminishing their ability to earn.I don't believe he said the top 20% of earners make more than the bottom 50%. That's kind of self-evident and, you're right, wouldn't be a bad thing.
