Wow, that's some news flash. Most any high school or college chemistry student could make chemical weapons. Oh, and by the way, Boko Haram has been far more deadly than Daesh, but since they primarily kill Africans, no one seems to care.

They definitely need to be on our radar. HBO Vice did a special on boko haram and they have pledged allegiance to ISIS. The war on terrorism definitely includes them IMO.
