I love the Fox channel but hate watching a college football game on Fox.
3 minutes of game
5 minutes of commercials
3 minutes of game
5 minutes of commercials

When they come back to the announcers following the commercials, the announcers have to read a couple more commercials.

A game that should take 3 hours ends up taking 4.
