Bottom Line: Fran Is The Man. When you look
at what he inherited here, then Fran performed
a miracle.

Whatever. There have been no miracles performed and a slew of other coaches could have did at least as well as Fran has. He's done a good job and definitely improved the state of the program from what he inherited but using hyperbole like "miracle" to support your point of view only discredits it.

BTW, has anyone mentioned that your posting style is REALLY obnoxious? Not really sure what you're trying to prove with the quirky short carriage return sentences but it's fairly lame.

Fran has passed these in the modern era with 96 total wins
Miller had 95 wins in 6 seasons
Ravelling had 55 in 3 seasons
Lick had 38 in 3 seasons.

next up is SA who had 152 wins in 8 seasons
Lute had 168 wins in 9 seasons

Dr Tom is the all time wins leader with 269 wins in 13 seasons for a 20.69 wps avg. Iexpect to see Fran pass SA in 7 seasons and Lute in 8, that if he can win at a rate of 20 games per season

If Fran stays 10 more years, then he could easily
be the all time coach with the most wins at Iowa.
In the modern era Lute Olson and Tom Davis
are the gold standards.
