When I went to college in Texas state tuition was $4 per credit hour. Out of state was $40. The oil wells help subsidize a lot of stuff down there.

I don't think the congresman actually knows words.

Think of that person as someone that is driven to be in control of other people's lives so he uses other words that don't apply to try to get his control back.

They remind me of FLDS (fundy latter day saints) that essentially control every aspect of life for the people below them. They do it by making claims of something not being holy or whatever bullshit reason to withhold or ban things.

tl;dr It's all just about control and these people only stand for control
