Being on VISA is a privilege not a right. If you are caught driving drunk, you get your license suspended/taken away. There's conditions on privileges. Try going to another country and acting the fool and see what happens.

I have no idea on the laws and procedures for green cards vs. visas vs. citizenship. But if I could wave a magic wand and make the rules here is how I would do it:
If he committed any serious misdeamenor/felony then he should be deported or imprisoned - take your pick. I think minor violations like speeding tickets should not be grounds for removal.
As to what he said - while hate speech might be protected for citizens we don’t need anyone spouting hate speech who is not a citizen. So if his speeches involved hate speech then he should be deported.
Now, whether his talks were hate speech or not is subjective. So I think it should be up to a jury to decide that matter. If simply left to an immigration judge+ICE we can presume they will err on the side of kicking someone out (or vice versa if it was Biden was still in office). Let a jury control his fate in that case.

I think he needs to have violated specific visa laws or have been convicted of a crime to be deported.
I don't like the idea of deporting just because we don't like what he said.
I think there is a fine line to be protesting American values while you are on a visa. this is borderline terrorist stuff and it should be against the law if it is not already. this should be addressed by law makers.
