When he showed them he was not on a Visa, but a Green Card holder, they were stumped, and just bullshitted their way to claiming that was "revoked" w/o any of the process elements and due process afforded to a legal permanent resident.
Any judge assigned to this case should be asking some really really tough questions of the prosecuting attorneys, and if he/she doesn't get the right answers, then require the AG and Rubio, himself, to show up and testify to what "processes" they followed. And if they don't want to testify, let them sit in a cell for a month, until they do.

Well. You’d be a little wrong there. I worked in international law for 15 years before I went the finance route. So let me know what you want to discuss. Not a trick at all, it's easy to assume a temporary resident is afforded all the same rights and protections as a citizen, but they aren't. Sympathizing with terrorists via speech is a good example, and is certainly grounds for deportation.
To your point though, they'd have to charge him with something to give him the full terrorist treatment. Wouldn't be terribly hard considering his activities. Suggesting all Zionist should die is likely enough, but when some on campus commit violence against Jews or those who simply side with Israel, that's probably enough.
