I like an occasional egg over medium if I have toast to scoop up the not so runny yolk.
Since I’m a Southern girl I use mayo. How can you have a decent BLT? Chicken salad? Tuna Salad? Egg salad?
Ranch dressing? I agree. Not a fan.
I order over medium when eating out at chain breakfast places. They seem to think raw is over easy.

a place with a guy named Lou or a an old lady named Maud with a dirty towel on their shoulder will get an egg right every time.

Scrambled eggs on toast with fried spam just doesn't work very well. Fried all day, plus it's a hell of a lot easier.

why not? How is having yolk in your burrito any different than salsa?
It's not the yolk. It'd be the texture of the rest of the egg. I can't imagine the fried egg would be nearly as good as the fluffiness of the scrambled eggs.

My preference is two eggs over easy on whole wheat toast with butter for breakfast, fried egg sandwich, hot n spicy cheese selection with toasted bread and butter for lunch, then scrambled eggs for dinner with toast and butter on the side for dinner. Snack time….hard boiled egg.

average scrambled eggs are easy to make, perfectly scrambled eggs are much harder to come by. that said perfectly scrambled eggs are the bomb and versatile as hell.
