Have you ever wondered what a Gameday in IC looked like 60 years ago? Well, I stumbled upon this and it has some great footage.I think I even saw @CloydWebb in the crowd~
A couple things stood out to this 30-something ... No one seems to be wearing Hawkeye clothing or apparel in the crowd. I knew people generally dressed up back then but I thought you would see some Hawkeye jackets or something but didn't see much of it.
There are a ton of trees behind both endzones. I wonder what the surrounding area looked like back then.
It's good to see the frats hated Wisconsin even back then
