I love the giant blow up kitty mascot at Northwestern. Notice how both the NU schools have blowup dolls? Embarrassing.
Already sick of Fox and their dumbass TD/commercial break/Kickoff/Commercial break
Childish insults and entitled whining . . . will there be anything else in this thread? Probably not.
Northwestern put together a nice drive after the early pick. Not sure what to make of this game yet.
It's like I blink and they go to another commercial break. It's pretty bad.
pretty incredible that we have a tie game after one quarter...
gonna take a miracle for Northwestern to win this game.

NW drove it right down the field and put it in the end zone. Too bad they already gifted Wisky a TD after a deflection/INT. But the Wisky stomping isn't under way yet. 7-7 after one.
That was my initial thought, but NU's defense is holding up so far. We'll see if they can do that the whole game. Most UW opponents wear down in the 2nd half, so I'm still not very optimistic.
Targeting call in the ISU game is another example of the death of football. Again, someone explain to me how you can run full speed and get to the QB before he throws with your head trailing your body. Flag or two hand touch coming soon.
Love how everybody is so pessimistic about NW getting blown out by WI, but so confident in the Hawks on the road at Penn St

Physical game for Purdue and msu has gotten a couple decent hits on their qb...
NW needs to go Wildcat there with Green. I dont know how many chances they'll get and they blew a big one there.

Purdue is proving, just like we did, that the blowout win over O$u was less about a great game by the winner and more about O$u pissing down their leg.
Does this game prove that Wisconsin is Iowa's kryptonite? It just seems every time we walk onto the same field as Wisconsin we lose any and all football skill and knowledge we have.
