He took a beating from the other team every game and never complained about it. I loved his fiery display of emotion after big plays because he earned the right to do it. There are players that I can't stand that grandstand because their egotistical hotdogs. Not Luka..humble guy that worked hard to become the player he is.
According to those on CyFan, the USAToday Award is the one that counts and Ayo is the true NPOY.
The way Luka is winning everything we should run him for President in 2024. Seriously, Luka, you are the best and these awards you are winning is proof of that. Well done!
I can't wait for the day Luka can find a day or two off in his schedule at some point to come back to CHA to be honored in the way he deserved--with a jam-packed arena going crazy for him in the way we couldn't do it before. He deserves that day, and more!
