Been well aware of Frank's previous business dealings in San Francisco and been aware of the Conscious Selling website for at least a couple of years. It has been somewhat surprising to me that it largely "flew under the radar" during Luka's entire tenure at Iowa. Not that I feel like Luka needs to answer for his Dad's previous transgression(s) but, given the adulation thrown Frank's way during Luka's tenure, I really thought that it would get some attention.
Even if it may seem a bit overboard at times, it’s an absolute blessing to have your father in your life. Wouldn’t trade it for the world boys!
If Frank got into Luka's head in 2006, by my reading, Senior Garza would've had a slight pause (about 30 months) in his tutelage starting in the first half of 2008.

Reading opinions on crypto (in this case NFT's) makes me wonder what it was like to hear people talk about the internet in 1993.
Why would he even need to play? Twins can just call his “source” (you know the one that is a huge Hawk donor who is so connected to Iowa athletics that that he is in group texts with our Director of Recruiting and gives Twins inside and negative info on the Hawks so Twins can post it on CF) who can “make one call” and Twins is a lock to win. Speaking of free throws, former Hawkeye Don Nelson had one of the weirdest FT shots ever..... half shot put, half dart throw.
Former 76'er Hal Greer had problems too so he switched to a jump shot FT instead of shooting flat footed.... basically a couple dribbles and a jump shot about half a foot behind the line.

He got busted last night for having “sources”. He claimed to have talked to an SEP assistant coach who said Kadyn Proctors top 3 was tOSU, ISU and OU, when Proctor himself said his top 6 is Iowa, Texas A&M, LSU, ND, OU, and tOSU.
Funny. He says people should be banned for lying about especially about AA kids. Yet Arland Bruce when Twins started his troll lie/rumor about AB “begging” to go to ISU tweeted and attached Twin’s post this past Fall saying he did NOT contact ISU and Twins was lying. Twins based his “rumor” on.a Hawk troll (CP 84) who was just mocking Twins. Arland flat said it wasn’t true. So Twins after that like once a week has called an AA high school kid a “liar” like 30 times now. That is sickening.

Sure, but there will be a market for this. NFT has a lot of potential uses in the future for anyone who owns a likeness, IP, etc - it’s going to democratize content ownership. This is what it is, but it’s a shot at getting out early in something. It’s going to be used in a lot of weird ways before it becomes widespread and routine.
It certainly could turn out to be a huge financial windfall for some. Just doesn't fit with my risk tolerance.
And, as I noted before, personally I don't have any emotional interest in current collectibles like Luka is promoting. My attachment to Hawkeye memorabilia is limited to those few items I possess and have a connection with for family and personal reasons. They're worth little to nothing monetarily.
If I were younger, had higher risk tolerance and was looking for a new investment vehicle to get in on the ground floor I can see the appeal of taking a chance on this.
Too old and disinterested in collectibles to try and educate myself.

HIC - I just reread this. Twins actually posted he basically “speed dialed” an SEP Coach who gave him inside info on a kid and he posted it? Which is obviously a lie but also flat wrong based on the recruit himself (Twins once again accusing an AA kid of lying). OMG the lies from that His MO for 10 years, Take a stud recruit from the State of Iowa who has blue-blood offers and cite his “sources” which now include staff members from ISU and the biggest Iowa donors and Iowa HS coaches and say “well he won’t stay in Iowa but if he does it would be ISU” and not Iowa. What a joke. No wonder the “cave” at CF is collapsing with the same 6 people. By his rules he should be banned for not only lying generally but about HS kids and according to his rules especially AA high school kids.
