We get one coach a week this year on Wednesday. The first is George Barnett.

Says they have a lot of guys that could see the field. Busy week. Open for questions.

Asked about Mason Richman playing LT, and Plumb being the starter. Role for Richman?

Thinks both are going to have important roles. Still working on plan for Saturday. Said its a good situation because both guys are improving.

Six to eight who might play?

Linderbaum for sure. Might be mix at guard. At tackle it's the same names that we have seen with the four on the two deeps. Inside the same deal with a mix of younger and older guys. All getting reps with one's and two's. Connor Colby can move inside. Also mentioned Stephens at guard, which was interesting.

Asked about Britt?

Works hard every day. Gives leadership of an older guy even though he's younger. Guys like him when he's in there.

On Indiana?

Have to work cohesive together.

Asked about McFadden who lines up everywhere?

Will have to know where he's at. Says he plays 100 mph. Have to know where he's at all times.

Talked about Connor Colby and his improvement? Davidkov too?

David is on developmental track. Connor is the same amount of improvement.

Building continuity with different lineups?

Said that is built in camp and in the meeting room. Said the cohesiveness is built by reps and getting each guy to work together and the combinations working together.

Asked about being a first year coach making the decision on Friday on who will play?

Said it's a group effort. Everyone needs input and then based on practice. Said it's a challenge, but you don't want to do it too soon and plug in too early.

Colby question on PT and Stephens development

Will wait and see. Have to see how he feels. Time will tell. He has done nothing to limit their confidence in him. Stephens is in developmental phase. Now getting some practice reps and shown good things. Big strong kid and a joy to watch. Has work to do.

Asked about Cody Ince? Staying inside?

Cody is in a situation where he knows the offense where you could plug and play him anywhere. Don't want to be unfair to him.

That wraps it up.
