Stanford had a false start in last minute of first half, and officials did a 10 second run off. Why wasn't LSU's illegal shift a 10 second run off? Because the clock ran throughout the play?

I never thought you could get a snap off with 1 second as there was a rule on that as you need a timeout or dead ball, no?

Also was an illegal shift on the last play again anyways regardless of the snap off on time, but clearly was late.
