Longwood sqeaked by in the 8/9 game yesterday, then took out number one seed Charleston Southern in the Big South Tournament today.

You know it's March when you are following the Longwood's of the world. Anyway, the Hawks' RPI benefits with the upset...

On another note, I always feel somewhat sorry for the small conference regular season champs when they lose in the conference tournament. If I was commissioner of a traditional 1-bid league, I'd move to make the regular season champ the NCAA participant.
