Apparently, Moss still isn't aggressive enough.

By the way, I know he's still got a lot of basketball to play, but down the road I'd sure like to see Nic Baer as a coach.

I think this is a team that a lot of guys can come through at the end of games.....with the exception of some free throw shooters.

No doubt. Can Fran issue lifetime season tickets to Baer's sister for contacting him about Nick? As for who I want with the ball in his hands late in the game, I'll take JBo over the next several years. Seemed to really make progress distributing the ball late last season, and will have plenty of shooters/scorers to dish too. Has the balls to shoot the big shot late in games. Very good free throw shooter. Putting in the work on his mid range, and drive game. SO GLAD we finally kept one of Gordy's kids at home, and he may be the best of the bunch!

Without reading the article, this is great peer motivation by Baer. This is the type of thing that gets Moss in the gym even more, and/or has him more focused and intent when in the gym. When you have a teammate (one of, if not the team leader) saying "we're coming to you this year" there really isn't anything better from an non-internal motivation standpoint.

Love this team already.

+1 I ALWAYS enjoy your posts but this one is among your best. We are not a collection of individuals, this team has an obvious group persona that will get us a long way. And yes, of all the guys Baer could have picked he went right for the one who needs to hear it.
