SIAP. There was a parade of pickup trucks flying Confederate flags this week in Georgia (Dalton, I think) and it came to a crashing halt. Literally.

The guy recording the procession is hilarious and he even remembered to turn his phone horizontally, so he wins bonus internet points from me.

The language is NSFW, unless you work in a bar or someplace.

he says that "we don't get no parade and they get the roads blocked off, that's bs" or something like that

well, ok then

Thats perfect! But I think we already knew God doesn't like confederates, they lost.

Maybe he really does like them and the Civil War was just a test and precursor to future greatness for the South. He did that a time or two with the Israelites.

Maybe some other god is watching out for us? Maybe Apollo or Priapus? Yahweh is Israel's god after all, why would he come to America unless he is really Mormon.

After Noah and his family survived the great flood in the
Old Testament, God made a promise. He would never
destroy the world by flood again. As a symbol of his
promise God would send a rainbow in the sky after a
rainfall.

It is good to see that Natural is using this rainbow in
his avatar now. Natural affirms God's promise to never
destroy the world by flood again.

If God does not exist then how can he be on the side of the Union?
How would I know? I'm a skeptic. But people keep telling me they know for sure and it seems respectful to consider the possibility. The way they tell me they know is via signs. Well all signs point to the gods liking the north, gays and healthcare. That seems like a god worth looking into.

Except eventually SCOTUS will rule in a way you don't like and you will lose interest into giving God a look.

cold, AIDS, it's still not affordable. You're rationalizing. This is how one becomes accuro.

I doubt it. I've been interested in giving god a good looking over for a long time. A very long time. As people who have been around here for years can attest. I'm not a skeptic because I don't seek. I'm a skeptic because I don't find.

No, people become Accuro (I miss him) by being literalist who don't allow for syntax or context (strumm) which you are now guilty of. You know what they say when you point fingers.

Yep, finding is a tough wall to break thru. Took me quite a few years after I was married before I did, until then my wife went to Church and I made breakfast.

But you don't understand. There was a fishing reel inside a rock scientists said was millions of years old ...

I'm taking what literally? Finger back at 'chya. Just one though.

And no, in order to take something literally that, on it's face is not true, takes rationalization to defend that belief - because it's literally not true.
