I wish Gonzaga played in a real league just to see how good they'd be over the course of a season. Sucks having to watch them play DIII teams.

Their conference has 3 really good teams this year and likely to get 3 bids.

WCC is quite strong this year. And yet Gonzaga will likely burn through it like Sherman’s March. They’re always just so damn good.

On another note, it makes me feel a bit better seeing a good team get wrecked by Gonzaga like we did last year.

I watched a little of Gonzaga/UCLA last night. Kinda forgot Bolton landed there. Obviously being surrounded by great players makes him better, but he was playing out of position last year as a PG. His skill set is better suited as a catch + shoot first type guy - but can still create his own shot pretty well. I wish him well at Gonzaga. They are a fun team to watch - what I saw (before I fell asleep) was them destroying #2 UCLA.

St. Mary's, BYU and Santa Clara would compete in most leagues in the country this year. Don't sleep on the WCC.

UCLA couldn't hit the broad side of a barn last night. Missing wide open shots all night. Horrible shooting for the supposedly #2 team in the country.

I hadn't realized that Myles Johnson from Rutgers had transferred to UCLA. Didn't have much of a night. Of course that could be said for the entire team. Only Tiger shot over .500 from the field.
