you can’t always get what you want!
The GREATEST (and oldest?) rockn'roll band of all time is coming to a market near you this Spring/Summer!
The Rolling Stones, complete with walkers and oxygen tanks will be appearing at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on May 16. They will be in St. Louis a month later on June 27th. Buy your tix NOW! There is a full schedule out there somewhere on internet for all you Stoners and doubters.
15 dates in all. Come see Mick, Ronnie, Keef and Charlie one more time....they ain't gonna be together forever! (It'll just seem that way.)
This will be #4 for me! I'm thinking some golf beforehand.

Here you go Joel, if you really want to make it a worthwhile trip, leave early and go to St. Cloud and the Paramount Theater on Friday May 15 for the Fabulous Armadillos " What's going on: Songs from the Vietnam War era. " It usually sells out, buy tickets early. Great restaurant/bar down the block called the Whitehorse. Another good Irish bar a short walk away is " the Olde Brick House. " I all but guarantee you will enjoy the Armadillos intimate show as much if not more than the Stones.

If I go to Twin Cities 5?16, I have to take my bride to Mike Buble a couples of nights earlier (5/13)...I can go to St Louis a month later....and have a "full recovery" from Buble....Its a tuff decision...but there are some great golf courses in St Louis, too....Its a good thing I am retired and have a couple of days to fully ruminate and this upcoming decision...The football stadium is "weatherproof"...is "The Dome" in St. Louis the old venue for the Cardinal FB team? I'm thinking it must be.

they are coming to Austin but I wonder if it will be like ZZ top: a glorified karaoke show with backing tracks and recorded electronic drums and movies

They’ve really gone downhill since Keith Richards stopped drinking. Lost their edge. Posers.

My son and his buddy have tickets for the Austin show. I saw them at the UNIDome in 1981 if I’m remembering correctly. It was the Tattoo You tour.
