Never thought I’d see the day where Republicans are celebrating the appointment of activist judges, but here we are.
Never thought I'd see the day when adhering to the Constitution was considered activist, but here we are.
So naive. Conservative judges only care about the Constitution when they can use it as a means to their desired end result.
Better than liberal judges who ignore the Constitution when it does not fit their agenda.
How is a conservative judge ignoring the constitution better?

Apart from the 9th Circuit, several of the Turd's appointees have not been suitable for recommendation. Some have never appeared in a courtroom, yet they will be serving immediately as lifetime judges. This is something to celebrate. It goes to say without saying how fortunate we are to have a person in the White House such as the Orange Turd calling the shots, and how we are represented so well by such sterling lawmakers on the Judicial Committee of the U.S. Senate as Senator Pig Nuts, and Senator Corn Ball.

Only, as the Trump scandal and sham Senate trial showed, conservatives don’t really care about (or even understand) The Constitution. In fact, they actually despise its contents. They only pretend to adhere to it and pay lip service to it to get votes.
As the article noted, the court had already moved to more moderate under Obama. So Roy is just a misinformed dolt who is lying out his ass. BAU.
