After a recent re-evaluation for his IEP they have determined he can switch to the High School Diploma track.

What track was it before?

A track to get a high school certificate which is basically for disabled students who can't keep up academically.

Problem is that he can keep up academically we proved that when he was doing online school. He caught up because he did not learn much at in person school due to being put in the disabled class and is at or close to grade level in all subjects.

Now behavior, transitions, emotional regulation are still concerns for him. He is getting better but probably not up to age level on that.
