No it's 2020 Iowa bball...
I normally can't stand listening to "the talking head".....but in this case I love it!!!!!😮
Bandwagon Duke Vitale. He ranked Iowa 12th in his preseason poll with Wisconsin and Mich St ahead of Iowa.
Zag game is a big one, and then it is a couple of big ones every week. As good as the Hawks are looking at times, there is plenty to clean up if they want to win the B1G.
I'd give my left arm for an outright conference title this season. I know we can't expect to go undefeated this year, but the path to the B1G is geared toward not losing to the lesser lights on our schedule. No "nebraskas" this year.
We can hope. I like that we start with three "average" Big10 teams - Purdue, @ Minny and NW. It would be awesome to go 3-0 to start the Big10 season.
I'll be very disappointed if we don't with those 3.
Yes they've been a nemesis for awhile now as a bad matchup for Fran lead teams. I'm not worried this year.
The @ Minny games worries me the most of the 1st three. Although if the Barn is empty maybe home court advantage is lessened? We'll see
If they couldn't stop Illinois inside they definitely won't stop Garza/Nunge.
We won there last year with fans and a short bench. Would be really disappointing losing there this year with the depth and less of a home court.
Cockburn dominated inside and fouled out the Drake transfer, Robbins. Would expect no less from Garza/Nunge.
Zags only shooting 29% from 3. If CJ/Bohannon and Weezy are raining them tomorrow love our chanes.
