All three were totally and easily avoidable.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on what Woods needs to do to be better. How often should he remind his guys to stay away from a live punt and to hold on to the ball? What specific drills should he have them do to stop doing that?

the turnover on the punt return when the ball was on the ground and everyone should have been away from the ball is unacceptable. that let to a quick 7 pts for Wisconsin, of course.
Its hard to win when you lose the turnover battle 3-0.
Still hard to believe Hornibrook passed for 3 TDs with 0 mistakes.
this one is gonna take a while to get over. Iowa simply gave the game away.
LOL. Coaching had little to none with those two special teams turnovers. Unless of course you think Beyers was coached to ignore the “poison” call or nobody called “poison”.
It was an even game otherwise, if anything Iowa edged them out. When you're on the road against an evenly matched team, taking advantage of the mistakes and limiting your own (they did both to perfection) is exactly what you need to get a W the way they did tonight.
