The over-the-top emotional hysteria generally fades away quietly when the facts come out. I haven't kept tabs, but the GOP's investigations record must be low. I don't recall a lot of wins where they've had something stick.
Yet they continue to cry wolf at every possible chance and their base laps it up over and over again. You'd think they'd learn after a while.
Was there supposed to be some kind of illegal spending happening? That's a new one for me.

Duh - make it illegal. Because making abortion illegal will stop all abortions. Banning assault weapons wont stop gun murders, and of course drug laws do not stop drug abuse, but banning abortions WILL effectively end all abortions...
I've never advocated stopping it, but sensible regulations need to be explored.

I'm not even sure what the puncture hole is you are referring to. If those are forceps marks on the arm they don't make it any more or less gross imo.

Really? He said his intent was to make ALL abortions illegal. Forcing a woman a woman to be reminded every day that she was raped and having to carry that reminder against her will certainly qualifies as conduct that is hurtful to women.

I am sure those who partake suffer from some type of "buyer's remorse" afterward...but it is their (and their physician's) decision.
I still say executions should be on TV. And preferably made more entertaining. The Hunger Games had it about right.
How about an American Idol kind of format where criminals could be pardoned at the end of a series of episodes. Every week you get to vote who will be executed, with the rest of the contestants moving on to the next episode. The last one standing would be pardoned.

Back in the day, I worked a city job (summers) where every Wednesday and Saturday mornings I'd have to go to the waste treatment plant and clean out the screens. The air was stagnant and stunk. I used to pull on my hip waders and my elbow gloves and get my tool and for 3 hours, clean/scrape the waste, the paper, the tampons and all away from the screens. It was stinky, messy work...all for $1.55/hour.
One day the guy that supervised our work asked me......"Your a Democrat right?" I laughed and told him he knew my dad...and ofcourse I was. He laughed and said, "Well then, this job shouldn't be too bad for you." I asked him what he meant...and he told me, "The stink and the mess here is all from Democrats, because you know that that Republicans will tell you their shit don't stink. This mess is all us Democrats."
We laughed and I carried on. After an hour of cleaning, I stopped and ate my Snickers and drank some iced tea. So 22, I know moral bankruptcy.
Who is advocating forcing women to carry pregnancies to term when their life is threatened by doing so? Which is the utter nonsense that I identified as utter nonsense.
