Really impressed with Pemsl so far this year. I know the kid will always be limited a little bit athletically and playing above the rim. With that said, this kid has a ton of good post moves and doesnt get rattled around the basket. He has finished more shots already than Woody in 4 years. His most underrated aspect might be his backside; cant teach size like that.

Great points. Pemsl has an old school game. He knows how to use body, has excellent court awareness, high basketball IQ and IMO can be a guy who can score in the paint, hit mid-range jumpers out to the 3 point line. He is also a fierce competitor and won't back down as we saw the other night.

Colson is a good player and Pemsl schooled him. Tremendous up side for him if he can stay healthy.

He was a really good recruit before the injury so it isn't too surprising. Him and Cook have a good future.

His reverse for the 3 pojnt play and his pass to someone cutting to the hoop were pretty.

And ND was a great place to watch a game. Great crowd and all very gracious to their visitors. Somehow I came away detesting them less.

Interesting comparison. I can see that. Don't think he has the foot quickness of Horton though. Hopefully that'll come.

The ND fans in Orlando last year were great...very respective so we were in kind. Maybe its different with football?

I agree with OP. I didn't know what to expect from him. Undersized for the way he plays but his ability to finish around the rim has been great event without being a big dunker like say Cook.
