Damn an execution for homeless encampments, do they just bring out the rifles and start shooting

Yeah. That's the shelter. I do agree it was an encampment and an eye sore but the people were utilizing shelter services. I guess I would agree with encampment.

Ride the bike paths and look close. The homeless are doing a little better at being stealth.
Come fall the falling foliage with show they are still around in decent numbers.
When encampments are removed without plans in place to help reduce homelessness, it's only moving the monster to the other side of the room.
I haven’t seen the article on this, can you provide the information or news article that details her desire to remove the homeless encampments? And if the removal is pushed, wouldn’t that be done by the Mayor and Council members?
