Seriously. This is so freaking weird. I know that BEFORE he ran in 2016 those two lapped up everything Trump said.....then they hated him as the devil...now they are going "restart" communications with him?

Joe and Mika became unwatchable as soon as their very personal relationship started with Trump. Both the fawning friendship that helped get him elected and the war that started when they began to call him out for racism. It has become so transparent what they were up to and it was quite uncomfortable to watch throughout his entire presidency and run for re-election.

I assume the brass at MSNBC has told them to fix it or be fired.

Maybe MSNBC can focus more on the news and less on their feelings. The media can report the news without it being adversarial all the time.

Trump sat down with Joe Rogan for 3 hours, it wasn't a puff piece, and they held a good conversation. I really don't think Trump wants to go around saying you're fake news all time. If the media could just report the facts, even the stuff Trump doesn't like, but it's true, it would go a long ways.

While Scarborough stressed that he frequently pushed back on Trump in the run-up to the election, the Morning Joe host said he wished the candidate had appeared fewer times on the show.

“Do I wish we didn’t have him on 30, 40 times? You know what, if I were running Germany today from 1932 to 1934, yeah, I wouldn’t want Hitler to be on 35 times,” Scarborough told hosts Saagar Enjeti and Marshall Kosloff. “Looking back…I wish it hadn’t happened.”

Biden is a good dude who is doing what he thinks is the right thing. The traditional thing. None of us on the left like that he is just willingly handing over the keys to authoritarianism to Trump without a fight, but I have no clue what he can do. I keep going back to the enemy within and I believe Donald Trump is that. Fox News is that.

I just have to sit back and shake my head about everything that has happened the last 2 weeks with all the unserious people who will be in the cabinet, and take solace in the fact Trump continues to prove me right.
