Nebraska flourished in the days of lower academic requirements, unlimited rosters, lower player behavioral standards, and other Osborne tactics.

Iowa fans realize what Hawkeye expectations should be...8/9 win
seasons with the occasional 10/11 year.
Unless the coaching change is drastic,
like Fickell at Wisconsin, there's no reason to expect a massive dropoff.
