Is it just me or does the halftimes in the tournament seem like they are longer then the regular season halftimes?

Normally they're 15, but by the time the coaches get done begin interviewed by both TV and radio it ends up being around 20 minutes long.

Also, with all the timeouts, it makes the entire game so much longer. No more 2 hour games, many are 2:10 to 2:15 anymore.

Halftime is too long, too many team time outs, too many official timeouts, too many commercial timeouts and WAY too many commercials. It disrupts the game and takes a lot of the enjoyment out of watching.

The last two minutes of a close game can take twenty minutes and has only gotten worse with all the video reviews. There needs to be a one minute time limit for most video reviews. If it's not clear within a minute, stick with the call on the court and get on with the game. Football has the same problem.

Also, they need to take away the unofficial timeout when a player fouls out. It should be next guy in and play on.

There are the same amount of timeouts there have been for the last 25 years and they sure as hell are not going to cut back on them.

Rule changes have been discussed about cutting back on timeouts per game from 5 to 3, with all the media times that are given.
