Also not a big fan, but the kids like it so I'll eat it once in awhile. It is horrible and basically inedible the next day as leftovers.

If you have leftover taco pizza you’re doing it wrong.
That’s the worst part about it. I always end up over eating because I know I can’t eat it later.
The best taco pizza in the world is Zoey’s in Marion. I don’t think there’s any topping it,
Don’t dine there often but I will keep it in mind. Around there we had it at Leonardo’s and enjoyed it.
Made hundreds of taco pizzas when I worked at Happy Joes. Wish I could have one now.
Best one in CR, but I go with the bacon cheeseburger pizza at Leonardo’s. That’s a style I really don’t like anywhere else but there.

My wife is born and raised in Tampa Bay. She had no idea what Taco Pizza was till she met me. On our first visit to Iowa together we get Casey’s Taco Pizza. She demands we get it every time we go back lol.
They should show up with Molotov cocktails for the sick bastards who eat Hawaiian pizza.
Was back in CR last weekend for the holidays and was very much looking forward to getting some Happy Joes taco pizza as I always do when I’m back in town. I was distraught to learn that the Hiawatha Happy Joes near my parents house had closed! I love that stuff.
A good taco pizza is great. A bad one is barf.
So a friend of mine (probably told this story before) had a super bowl party. He ordered a taco pizza and it was delivered with a bag of lettuce and a bag of chips. I tend to to think that is the spiraling of his way to prison a few years later.

Interestingly enough, I stumbled across a bit today that claims a Greek Canadian guy invented the Hawaiian pizza. The comments were full of people planning to track down his current relatives and seek revenge.
I order taco pizza from Casey’s with the toppings on the side so they put lettuce, tomatoes and crushed doritos in containers so any leftovers are not ruined with nasty veggies!

Just had Leo's pizza yesterday. The best there is hands down. I do like Zoey's but their hours suck so we don't eat their much.

We make our own and do the creamy refried beans fairly light, light salsa, and some nacho cheese sauce as the base. Freaking delicious. I like it with our local sausage companies chorizo but the no pic likes seasoned ground beef so we normally do that. Really good chorizo is amazing but the grease bomb bad chorizo is terrible

We got Pizza Ranch taco pizza tonight. My oldest is a freshman in college and is dating a girl from New Orleans, he sent her a pic of the pizza and she was completely dumbfounded. She had never heard of such a thing and said it looked gross. If she only knew how wrong she is.
