Thanks for the update. I look forward to watching these guys wrestle this weekend. I love our system of Cadet and Junior wrestling.

Wow. I believe I counted 15 current Hawkeye wrestlers competing. The Hawks are really filling up those brackets. That can only pay great dividends for our program going forward. Last year McD was the big Hawk winner earning a spot on the World University Team and then a bronze medal at the World Championships. Hopefully we can haul in another bunch of medals this year! I'm going to speculate that JRent going 58kg (127.5lbs) translates to him wrestling 126 next year. Best of luck to him in both styles. Takes some big nuts to enter in both styles. I like it! I'm excited to watch both Max Murin and Jacob Warner compete. Hopefully we can get both these guys signed in November.

Slight correction So Cal, but McDonough never went to University Nationals. He won that spot by being the highest eligible wrestler that competed at the Senior World Team Trials and it was in 2014.

Yes. Garrett won the tournament and Matt won a wrestle off 2-0.
