i'd love to hear how we're reducing self certification of federal agencies and contract holders while slashing the workforce tasked with reviewing and ensuring compliance
that's an honest question that gets to what that guy is really talking about
one of the issues related to self certification is that federal agencies don't have the manpower to review and ensure the compliance of everyone who received federal dollars...so some entities "self certify" that they're in compliance
if you're seeking to slash the federal workforce even further, you're only going to increase the need for self-certification
which will prevent what this guy is talking about from being accomplished (maybe that's why it cuts off so abruptly and has ZERO additional context)
