On a somewhat related note, DIRECTV is offering a promotion where if you sign up for HBO for $17.99, and pay for it for at least three months, they send you a $50 Visa gift card. And then you can cancel. So basically $4 for 3 months of HBO - plus I changed packages and saved $1.50/month, so completely free in that case.
