DSM school district is seriously thinking of combining all schools in the district into one team for each sport and implementing a “robust” intramural program. Anyone else hear of this?

I could see it if they only had two high schools, like what's going to happen in Waterloo, but it seems hard for me to see it when DSM has five of them.

I would think there would be few schools putting the DSM teams on their schedule or in their conference.
Wow, had not heard that, but I get the idea. The "inner" DSM schools almost never beat the "outer" these days. Wild that things have gotten to the point that this would be a consideration.
A lot of teams sitting at the top of the BEDS document in all class not 5A are not going to like this...
Also, what happens with the Alliance Conference? I assume that Waterloo East will go with West and stay in the MVC like they always had been.
