I might have a herniated disc. just did it today. Need an MRI to confirm.
Any treatment besides ice and stretching? Taking some ibuprofen but not helping.

Physical therapy can help. If not, an epidural injection might be in order.

My wife will be consulting with a spinal surgeon in a few weeks for a herniated disc in her neck. I'll let you know what she's told. Meanwhile, she's in serious pain.

What did you do to believe you herniated a disc? Wouldn't be prudent to give advice without knowing the cause.

Just do the surgery if there is damage. Had it and am much better

My Dad was getting the shot's for a couple years and then opted for surgery and seems to be happy that he finally did.
