You know nothing about basketball then
Thanks Filip....you'll like Iowa City.
Apparently the talk all year has been FR was going to up transfer at the end of the school year. He let the coaches know so they could recruit over him. If true he's a good kid also.
A few clips...
Its an old one that most people have forgotten-honorable.You mean to tell me that he didn’t tell his coaches that he was coming back and have his uncle out recruiting for him during the season?
Is this a new approach?
Rebraca's first game this year against Oral Roberts highlights his offensive game.
It's cool with me, but what evidence do you have? When was the last time Fran benched a starter?Yes he will next season.

I think he's got a bit of Jess Settles in his gameGuy on the podcast with Tom said he is a very physical player, and unlike the highlights, did not shoot a lot of 3s. Averaged almost 8 boards, which was a big concern with Luka, Nunge and Weesy gone. The more I hear, the more I like. Just need to add an athletic shooter, and have some of the freshmen step up...

NO, that's not what I said. You say an unknown player at the D1 level is of more importance than a guy who is proven in B1G.
That's quite a stretch.
Jess probably had a lot more all-round game than Rebraca, but I would be thrilled if Iowa got a larger version of Jess Settles. I mostly want to see a tough guy with size in the middle, who can get defensive rebounds. He seems to have decent quickness and a variety of shots on the offensive end. We still need the young centers to make progress and give some quality minutes. I haven't seen or heard much about Big O's progress, other than "he's getting into better shape". I really like Mulvey's tapes, and he seems to be filling out with good weight over the past year. It's just great to see some positive BB news, especially after CJ's unexpected leaving.I think he's got a bit of Jess Settles in his game
A National Championship get by Fran?.........Fantastic get by Fran!!
Fran beat out his own team he currently coaches to get this player? Wow that’s hardcore.Good job Fran beating out Iona for this player!
Exactly right. With our guards ability to drive should cause more hedging and leaving him openI like that the pick and pop is a big part of his game offensively. He should get a ton of open looks with Toussaint/Ulis/Perkins as ballhandlers
No...iona...which means Fran beat out a coach that recruits his players with as many hookers and as much blow as they can stomach! Even more impressive Fran snagged him now eh?Fran beat out his own team he currently coaches to get this player? Wow that’s hardcore.

I wonder how they would do if they matched up in a game.....You say an unknown player at the D1 level is of more importance than a guy who is proven in B1G.
